“I’m looking forward to getting out there and giving the fans what they paid to see - real, no bullshit pre-recorded lead vocals, pre-recorded backing vocals, pre-recorded harmonies, all coming from my stage mic, all exactly at the same time, with me just simply moving my lips to the music.” - Eddie

"Fresh off the Dua Lipa tour, I’m fired up to be joining a real tracks band. I don’t like this fake bullshit like Dua dropping her mic and pretending to be singing through it. You can’t give away the secrets of the fake tracks community by doing amateur shit like that. That was the final straw for me with Dua. I’m happy to finally be in a real rock tracks band with real, live tracks.” - Metal Face

“I’ve been touring the world with Nicki Minaj and Jennifer Lopez. Great lip sync artists, and they always held the mic the right way. I worked with Tate McRae on one tour, but she kept holding the mic the wrong way around, which is an insult to the backing tracks fan base. My dream has always been to join an honest, no frills, all tracks band. Let’s do this!” - Razor

“I worked with Milli Vanilli in their heyday, but I was collateral damage when they got busted lip syncing. Nobody would hire me after that, until one day I got a call to play with Ashlee Simpson in 2004 on Saturday Night Live. That didn’t go too well, and I’ve been stuck in an office ever since doing boring word processing. I’m ready to rock though again, with lots of tracks, hells yeah!" - Laser

Fresh Track Fridays! New track, “Hall of Lame 2 (Back to the Hall of Shame)” - Out now! - March 13th

Happy Friday mother-trackers!

Sorry we haven’t dropped any new tracks in a few weeks, Eddie and the band were in a cave up in a mountain writing songs for the debut album. Eddie broke off from the songwriting sessions though to pay a visit to the Rock N’ Roll Hall of Fame. Eddie was chased by security though when they recognized him and had to hide out in a janitor closet on the second floor. He pulled out a pen and some paper while in there and scribbled down his thoughts about his second visit to the museum. The new song that came from that experience is sure to go down as an Eddie and the Tracks classic! Listen to this hot new drop and bonus acoustic demo here!

Fresh Tracks Fridays! New track, “Hall of Lame” - Out now! - Feb 20th

What’s up, mother-trackers! Happy Friday! We’re back with a new drop from Eddie and the Tracks with their brand new release, “Hall of Lame”. After the success of last week’s protest song, “N.B.E.E.”, hitting the top spot on the Billboard top 200, the band decided to ride the momentum and finish another protest track that had been floating around the Eddie and the Tracks rehearsal studio for the past few weeks. This is the bands second protest song which addresses the bullshit of the Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame voting system, and specifically the bands that are not yet in due to corporate red tape, lack of taste, no real understanding of what rock music truly is, and older voters who love Neil Diamond.

The single will be available in all usual formats, including for the first time ever, an Audio Blu-ray w/Dolby Atmos Mix version. Open a beer, crank up those speakers, try and figure out how to play the Blu-ray Dolby Atmos mix properly (you might need a few beers for that one), and get ready to rock your ass off to “Hall of Lame”! Listen here.

Fresh Tracks Fridays! New track, “N.B.E.E. (No Band Ever Ends)” - Out now! - Feb 13th

Happy Friday, mother-trackers! The new Eddie and the Tracks single “N.B.E.E. (No Band Ever Ends)" is out today! This is the band's first protest song, which addresses the all too common practice of bands announcing their final tour, then coming back four years later. The song also highlights the often overlooked psychological effect this sort of bullshit can have on true, dedicated rock fans. Eddie and the Tracks have made it very clear that their upcoming tour is the “first” final world tour, and many more will follow.

Also, as a special bonus, and due to the overwhelming reaction to the demo version of “Born On The Radio” we dropped last week, we’ve gone back to the vault and pulled out the Eddie Kramer Sessions acoustic demo version of "N.B.E.E. (No Band Ever Ends)” for your listening pleasure!

Make sure to support your local record store and grab your copy of “N.B.E.E.  (No Band Ever Ends)” on cassette single today. Watch out too for the Record Store Day exclusive 12” picture disc, which includes both versions of the song, as well as a bonus Rick Rubin remix of the  Eddie Kramer version of N.B.E.E (No Band Ever Ends). There’ll also be a very limited edition Japanese vinyl release featuring the Eddie Kramer remix of the Rick Rubin remix of Eddie Kramer’s original mix. Limited to one copy per person.

We knocked Megadeth off the top spot this week with “Born On The Radio”, so let’s get “N.B.E.E.  (No Band Ever Ends)” to number 1 too! Listen to both versions of “N.B.E.E.  (No Band Ever Ends)” below. Rock on, mother-trackers!

Fresh Tracks Fridays! New Eddie and the Tracks track, “Born On The Radio” -Out now! - Feb 6th

The new Eddie and the Tracks single “Born On The Radio” just dropped! This hot new track is another semi autobiographical story, this time taking  the listener through  Eddie’s journey from the mean streets of New Jersey, to humble beginnings in the music industry,  through the trials and tabulations of trying to get his voice heard, and finally - fame and glory on the worldwide stage!  As a bonus for all the dedicated mother-trackers out there, the band have also released a rare acoustic demo recording of the song from the Eddie Kramer sessions that was found in the vault. This ultra-rare recording shows how a killer song like “Born On The Radio” goes from the band fooling around finding acoustic instrument and vocal tracks in the rehearsal studio, to the full blown rock classic that we know and love today!

Listen to both versions below, and make sure to call your local radio station and demand they play “Born On The Radio” !Make sure to support your local record store also and pick up your limited edition 45 today! If Megadeth can do it, so can we, so let’s get this shit to number 1!

Fresh Tracks Fridays! New live tracks from the upcoming "Live Tracks at Budokan” LP. - Jan 30th

Eddie and the Tracks just dropped a few new live tracks from their upcoming "Live Tracks at Budokan” album.  On a recent trip to Japan, the band decided to do a surprise underplay at Budokan. Tickets sold out in minutes after the show was announced on Japan Rocks 103.9 FM. Listen to the live versions of the classic “Feel The Power” and new song “My Name Is Eddie” from the show below!

New Eddie and the Tracks song: “My Name is Eddie” - Out now! - Jan 23rd

Eddie and the Tracks just dropped a new track: My Name Is Eddie. The new track is inspired by the lyrics from the 1987 smash hit single “Luka” by Suzanne Vega. The song is a semi-autobiographical story about Eddie growing up in New Jersey, and how when he was young, used to play a lot of loud music from his second floor bedroom. His next door neighbor, David Michael Sabo, had a bedroom on the first floor of the adjoining house. The song recounts their friendship, and how David would ask Eddie every morning what the noise was coming from the second floor late at night.

“This song is very important to me “ - said Eddie, “I’m very proud of the lyrics that were generated for this one. I had to dig deep to come up with some of them, especially meaningful lyric’s like - 'If you hear something late at night, making noise or making eggs, it’s only Aerosmith Live Bootleg' - that took me back to the second floor. It was like it was yesterday”.

Make sure to stay tuned for pre-order info coming soon for the the Vinyl Box Set, the Deluxe Box Set (including outtakes and demos), the Super Deluxe Box Set (including a 7-vinyl disc guitar solo by Metal Face that was recorded overnight when everyone went home and forgot to turn Metal Face off for the evening), a Super Duper Box Set (including 7 additional colored vinyl discs, 5 CDs of radio edits, 17 cassettes, a live DVD, and 2 more cassettes). The single will also be available in limited edition red vinyl in time for Valentines Day, and a very rare Japanese only release Valentines Day cassette box set.
